Patricia Melton

An award-winning educator, Pat has assembled a versatile portfolio across an array of education, non-profit, and postsecondary ventures that have impacted more than 25,000 students.  By identifying and assembling high-performing teams, Pat has expanded equitable education opportunities for youth. She has excelled at creating and implementing innovation in start-ups and established institutions. Patricia served as Chief Academic Officer for Indiana's third-largest district and currently is Assistant Dean of Instruction for Vincennes University's "A" rated flagship Early College — Ben Davis University High School. She is the Director of X-Mester, a transformational college summer residential experience.
