I project manage successful education initiatives, providing ICT solutions and consultancy to community projects, as well as delivering dynamic multimedia workshops, developing the ICT skills of adults and young people. Additionally, I devise ICT sessions for schools and multimedia school holiday workshops for young people. I also deliver and facilitate highly sought after literature workshops in schools, libraries, community organisations and have worked for Apples and Snakes.

Clients include the BBC at the British Library.

Since 2001, as a writer and poet I have toured, read and performed poetry and monologues at notable UK and international festivals, at UK and international venues and Theatres. Currently published in 'Loose Muse Anthology of Women's Writing', 'Red', 'Brown Eyes', 'Tall Lighthouse Review', 'Hand Made Fire' and ‘Filigree’.

A vegan and raw foodist, I am passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle for adults, children and families through coaching, consultancy, talks, demonstrations and blogging.
