As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at KLFM Holdings, he has helped scale a specialized transportation platform to more than $65M in revenue and $8M+ in EBITDA, leading margin restoration, leadership realignment, and preparation for an anticipated institutional transaction.

Patrick brings deep experience in acquisition sourcing, underwriting, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration, working directly with lenders and operators to drive disciplined capital deployment and scalable EBITDA growth. Earlier in his career, he contributed to the expansion of a private equity-backed multi-site healthcare platform through acquisition-driven growth and centralized analytics.
