I have always had a passion for innovation and always looking for ways to improve products, processes and services through enabling communication and creative problem solving.

I am also always looking to continue to grow my knowledge and at the moment i am focused on Business Process Management and the Digital Front Office.

I believe that everyone has their own perceptual world and people see things in the world differently, which in itself makes life fun, exciting and sometimes a challenge. However recognising and understanding different perceptions allows us to be better people.
