Dr. Paul S. Singh, DO

Based in Tehachapi, California, Dr. Paul S. Singh functions as Medical Director of a private obstetrics and gynecologic practice. Prior to his professional endeavors, he pursued extensive education and training in order to become a gynecological surgeon. During his academic pursuits, Dr. Singh studied mathematics, physical sciences, chemistry, and biochemistry. Dr. Paul S. Singh attended Manhattan College and the College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York City to fulfill the requirements for his degree. In 1994, he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He subsequently received his D.O. from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology in 1998. The College of Mount Saint Vincent honored Dr. Singh with the Marjorie Connelly Award for academic excellence in science during his studies at the institution.

Dr. Paul S. Singh later undertook his allopathic residency in obstetrics and gynecology. He completed his first year at Seton Hall University’s Saint Michael’s Medical Center in New Jersey and the second at the State University of New York’s Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Singh fulfilled his last two years at UCLA’s Kern Medical Center, where he earned an Excellence in Research Award in obstetrics in 2002.

At present, Dr. Singh specializes in female pelvic reconstruction surgery and urogynecology. He offers laparoscopic and robotic surgery, as well as infertility, menopause, and bio-identical hormone treatments. Dr. Paul S. Singh who oversees three other surgeons in addition to attending to his own patients, plans to expand his practice to offer additional procedures in the near future, including facial rejuvenation, breast augmentation, liposuction, and female body contouring.

Actively involved in his profession, Dr. Paul S. Singh serves as a member of several professional organizations, such as the American Physical Society, the American Chemical Society, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. He also serves as the founder of the Center for the Study of Life’s Higher Purpose, which seeks to understand life’s philosophical questions through scientific inquiry.
