Years ago, when I was reading bedtime stories to my daughter Kim, I came across a story called "The Three Skaters" in a book of Christmas stories from around the world. It's about the feeling you get when you unconditionally give a gift to someone. So I adapted this story into children’s picture book.

I have been painting and Illustrating for most of my life. I have sold originals and prints. But this is my first book project. It has been years in the making. Since the story is takes place in Holland in the 19th century the illustrations have a painterly van Gogh style.

This book will be a 6" x 9" 34 page, soft cover book, professionally printed with a perfect bound spine. It has 18 full color illustrations with large 20pt type.
