As a specialist in anti-aging at Great Lakes Dermatology, Dr. Cimoch exhibits his interest in concepts and interventions in age-management medicine, in which he developed an interest while treating HIV patients in Florida. He became board-certified in anti-aging medicine with the mission to apply concepts and interventions for HIV treatments on patients with other chronic illnesses, and as preventative health measures.

An HIV Specialist with the American Academy of HIV Medicine, Dr. Paul J. Cimoch developed and managed a center of excellence for HIV care, the Center for Special Immunology, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. By gathering a team of health care providers and performing laboratory and clinical research, the center solely treated patients infected with HIV. He created a model for HIV care, which he later reproduced in California.

When the center was sold to a publicly traded firm, Dr. Cimoch served as Director of Medical Services and helped to grow the practice into eight centers around the United States. As Dr. Cimoch directed human resources and Quality Assurance activities, his responsibilities included developing treatment protocols and coordinating research studies while caring for patients at one of the centers in California.
