I have over 19 years experience within the Marketing & Online world, picking up the early trends in the startup world and running with them. I've worked in the offline world, built customer contact strategies, created and launched TV campaigns, and I love to blend emerging tech knowledge with marketing and business understanding. I get stuff done.

My specialties include: Customer Centricity. Building world class teams. Being part of high performing exec teams. The love of and management of brands and the digital landscape, including the set up, running and strategic planning of anything marketing (I'm also a huge fan of L&D across the business as well).

As well as Marketing, I currently own Product, Sales, HR, Customer Services, Commercial Insights and UX/Design - so you'll find me connecting the dots across all things customer.
