Paul Mathieson

Paul Mathieson is the Founder, CEO and major shareholder of IEG Holdings Corporation (OTC Pink: IEGH). IEG Holdings Corporation is an online consumer finance company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. IEG Holdings provides three to five year personal loans ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 under the consumer brand “Mr. Amazing Loans.” At present, the company operates in Nevada, Illinois, Florida, and Arizona, and is seeking to obtain licenses in additional states in 2014. In Australia, Paul’s business previously lent out more than $48 million to over 11,500 clients in Australia, which is about 10 percent of the market share. In recognition of the firm’s success, Paul Mathieson earned the title 2007 Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Australia’s Eastern Region. Before founding the Investment Evolution Group of Companies, Paul held managerial positions at several prominent finance companies, including ING Barings (Australia) Pty Limited. He also worked as a Financial Analyst and Institutional Dealer at Daiwa Securities Stockbroking Limited.

Outside of work, Mathieson enjoys traveling around the world to explore new cultures. A native of Australia, he studied at Bond University on the Gold Coast, where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce. During his time at the university, he earned places on the Dean’s List and the Vice Chancellor’s list for academic excellence. Paul Mathieson continued his education at Macquarie University in Sydney, from which he obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Finance.
