No one is good at everything. As much as you may be successfully running a business, chances are there are areas in which you could use some help. The obvious answer is to recruit the skills you lack, but since you only get the best people by offering the best salary is this really a cost effective solution?

That’s where I come in. I’m not good at everything either but I do understand where my key strengths lie and how these can be used to add value to a business.

My core skills are very "left brain” I’m excellent at analysing and evaluating - whether it’s a proposal, a cloud application or a new product. I’ve also come to understand exactly what processes, frameworks and tools give the best chance of maximising sales effort.

In recent years I’ve developed a substantial amount of knowledge in 3 key areas:

  • the UK retail and distribution landscape
  • building a profitable online sales channel
  • the challenges of starting a new business

So if any of these are areas where you might like some help, drop me an email
