I'm the Head of Corporate Communications for FCDO Services, a part of the Foreign Office which provides a range of secure services worldwide to support diplomacy, development and defence for the UK government and its partners.

Prior to that I was Chief of Staff for Gavin Shuker MP, running his parliamentary office in Westminster and ran communications for one of the most senior Police and Crime Commissioners in the country.

For 14 years I was a radio producer and journalist for BBC News, including a Political Reporter for the East and South East of England at BBC Three Counties Radio.

I've was a key part of a Radio Academy Gold award winning Breakfast Show and produced Iain Lee's Nick Clarke Award winning interview.

Formerly assistant producer at Radio 4 and a reporter for the BBC's national news service for local radio.

I'm was also a producer and editor for The Cycling Podcast, including the Kilometre 0 strand.
