New York, Ny, Usa

Paul Stanford founded The Hemp & Cannabis Foundation (THCF) in 1999 to encapsulate several cannabis-related education and assistance services. As president of THCF, Paul Stanford directs a nonprofit organization comprising THCF Medical Clinics/Presto Quality Care, THCF Medical Gardens, the weekly TV show Cannabis Common Sense, online magazine Hemp News, and the online THCF Museum, featuring images of antique medical cannabis receptacles.

Under the administration of Paul Stanford, the doctors and staff at THCF Medical Clinics/Presto Quality Care have helped more than 200,000 patients navigate their states’ cannabis laws and qualify for permits that allow them to legally possess, grow, and use medical marijuana. The core component of THCF, the network of medical clinics spans 40 cities in 10 states, including Oregon, Washington, California, Rhode Island, and Montana. To complement THCF Medical Clinics, Paul Stanford runs the state-sanctioned THCF Medical Gardens in Oregon, which provides medical marijuana patients with seeds and cuttings to grow their own cannabis. In 2008, Paul Stanford won the top three prizes at the 7th Oregon Medical Cannabis Awards for marijuana strains he grew organically at the outdoor THCF Medical Gardens.

A featured speaker at prominent cannabis-oriented conferences, forums, and festivals, Paul Stanford has previously participated in the Expogrow conference and trade event in Donostia/San Sebastián, Spain, and has spoken at the annual Great Midwest Marijuana Harvest Fest in Madison, Wisconsin, since 1989. Most recently, he appeared as presenting sponsor for the Seattle Hempfest, the world’s largest annual pro-hemp gathering.
