I was most definitely born and after that was fortunate enough to have the best of all worlds growing up. I spent half my life in New York City and the other half in a small town in Western Massachusetts. Unlike most people, this was actually half of each year in each place as opposed to a number of years in just one.

Life is a voyage and we all take different paths.

Many times the paths we travel take us not where we wanted to end up so we struggle to get onto a different track whether it is a career, body image, self-respect, or dealing with grief or loss or something else.

Life is an event of balance. My mission in life is to help people with lifestyle changes and coping in a way that not only makes sense to you but helps you to get on (or back on) track. It doesn't matter how long it takes I am here for you.
