Officially, my job is to provide service and support to people all around the world, Yes I do. Usually the job is called Customer Support Specialist. I have over a year of experience working in Technical Service Industry. Currently, I work as CSR for HSBC. So now into banking support.
I have over a year of experience working in Technical Service Industry. I provide services for our customers by using advanced Technical analytics, standing up troubleshooting tools, interacting and maintaining Applications, and on boarding compelling new data sets.
