Pedro Sánchez

I'mma .NET Programmer who doesn't like Java and like databases. I like to solve problems and work empowered.

I currently live and work in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic as the Assistant Project Manager for NITC (NAGICO Information Technology Centre). Graduated as Software Engineer from PUCMM Santo Domingo, ITIL Foundation and Project Management Certified :).

My main roll at my company is to, first work alongside the Project Manager and the team to create, plan and assign tasks to the team, and second is to follow up those tasks and supervise our 8-members team to make sure we stay on track.

I work with Microsoft Project®, .NET 4.5, C# 2012 and MSSQL '08. I have also worked on personal projects developing in C# and Visual Basic all the way from VB and C# 2003, .NET 1.1, ASP .NET, MSSQL '00 - '08 and Crystal Reports 8.

I have also worked in Java for Android, .NET MVC 3 and won a local developers competition hosted by Orange Dominicana (France Telecom in DR) developing business applications for the blackberry platform.

I enjoy music, sports, the beach and photography. I practice Kung-Fu 2-3 times a week and like table tennis, field tennis, golf and swimming. I also like electronic music, specially trance, minimal, house and progressive house. I love rock, reggaeton and Cultura Profetica.

AND I also have the most beautiful son EVER. :)
