Barrier Breakers Methodology for Soft Skills Development & Evaluation (BBM) emerged from my other life as a professional jazz pianist & composer, is backed up by research (BA (Hons) Performing Arts; MA Leading and Managing Organisational Change), and has been shaped by experience.

Many moons ago I played keyboards all over the place, with an array of pop bands. Today my creative preoccupations include recording a CD of original tunes with my jazz trio. I'm a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
