Peter Culpepper

An experienced accounting and finance executive, Peter Culpepper currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Provectus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Since 2004, Mr. Culpepper has managed the SEC filings and investor financing department of the company and collaborated with the firm's auditors and lawyers. Peter Culpepper also oversees external consulting groups for the firm and works on a number of business development projects to increase investor awareness and visibility. Peter Culpepper attended The College of William & Mary and he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 1982. He then earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Accounting from Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) in 1985. Peter Culpepper also completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, where he focused on the study of Finance. Beginning as an Accounting Manager and Assistant Regional Controller in 1993, Peter Culpepper worked for five years at Paging Network, Inc.. After two years, he earned a promotion to National Accounts Division Controller and Director of Accounting. In this role, Peter Culpepper configured the firm's accounting systems and oversaw recruiting of staff for the National Accounts Division. He also managed more than 100 employees throughout a range of departments in the company. Peter Culpepper also held a variety of positions with Metromedia Affiliated Companies in the late 1990s. Beginning as Group Finance Director of Metromedia International Group (MIG) in Austria, Mr. Culpepper soon became the Assistant Corporate Controller of MIG in the United States. In this role, he administrated $250 million in corporate profit and loss reporting, overseeing as many as 7 direct reports and more than 100 indirect reports. Finally, Peter Culpepper became the Network Controller of Metromedia Fiber Network.
