Peter Fardig

Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Based in Carlisle, Massachusetts, Peter Fardig draws from his experience as an education professional in the fulfillment of his responsibilities at ThinK-12 Learning, LLC. Over the course of his career as a teacher and consultant, he has gained an appreciation for the importance of data in measuring student success in the K-12 setting. The systems that Peter Fardig has developed look into such variables as student achievement, administrative support, facilities and materials management, and community engagement in order to determine the weaknesses in schooling.

The founder and president of ThinK-12 Learning, Peter Färdig oversees the curriculum and educational technology company and its focus on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) enrichment programs. The company develops these programs to support curricular initiatives in various school districts. The project-based units are original and fulfill each state's Common Core, and Next Generation Standards, as well as national standards.

Under the leadership of Färdig, ThinK-12 Learning also creates high-quality whole school and whole system evaluations. School and district leaders can use the evaluation reports to craft quality control measures and action steps to improve their entire schools and school districts. As a consequence, these entities can improve their management at all levels, enhancing their capacity for success.
