Located in the beautiful city of New York, Le Bernardin is a four star and highly acclaimed seafood restaurant. Le Bernardin Restaurant hosted Petrous Moldovan for a 2 week exclusive training event in May, 2006. This event at Le Bernardin Restaurant was, for Petrous Moldovan, an intensive training to learn techniques and recipes in the pastry department. Petrous Moldovan worked with Le Bernardin’s pastry chef and executive head chef to create many unique and extravagant luxury dishes.
