Levy founded PHL HP Consulting Group, Inc., in 2011, building on three decades as CEO and President of one of America's most innovative and respected health and human services companies. Based in New York, Dr. Philip H. Levy works with clients in several industries, including sales, technology, fundraising, outsourcing, and human services, providing leadership and management consulting. Having developed his own strategies for sustaining an effective, financially successful organization, Dr. Levy consults with clients in areas such as systems development, team building, corporate culture enhancement, and conflict resolution. A particular focus is on creating empowered, high-performance teams that drive business growth and generate increased revenues.

In his current work, Dr. Levy leverages the comprehensive knowledge he developed by leading an organization that made a tangible difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. Guiding focused de-institutionalization efforts, his company provided people with disabilities with ways of joining society as productive members. Dr. Philip H.
