BLOC is universal and positioned initially to go global. Yet Invr. PHILIPP INNO came up with another innovation that would go local. He patented it as the Modular Indigenous Building System [MIBS 2.0] or the NeGO~Kubo: "Ang Pambansang Kubo na pang NeGOsyo ng mga Pilipino."
