Phil Monkress is chief executive officer and president of All Points Logistics in Merritt Island, Florida, a small business subcontractor that assists prime U.S. government contractors with technical and management support services. Mr. Monkress founded All Points Logistics in 1997 and the company has since grown to more than 100 employees and revenues of approximately $70 million in 2011. As CEO of All Points Logistics, Mr. Monkress oversees the strategic planning and management of the company's business development and support operations for U.S. government prime contractors such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and The Boeing Company.

Prior to founding All Points Logistics, Phil Monkress worked for the audit, tax, and advisory services firm KPMG in several dynamic roles. He was a consultant team leader for the company's planning and strategy support efforts with Prudential and served in a similar capacity in a migration, troubleshooting, and maintenance network environment for the company's client, Merrill Lynch. Mr. Monkress was also manager of information technologies on a KPMG project for the Wackenhut Company (now G4S Secure Solutions). Before joining KPMG, Mr. Monkress was a private sector employee working with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Sigonella, Italy, from 1992 to 1994, and a data systems technician with the U.S. Navy from 1984 to 1982.

Throughout his career, Phil Monkress has continued to improve upon his existing leadership skills through certification, professional training, and licensing. Mr. Monkress completed the Certified Project Management Professional course at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., as well as the Boeing Executive Leadership training program at the Boeing Leadership Center in Florissant, Missouri. Mr. Monkress is a 1992 graduate of Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, with a Bachelor of Science degree in management in technical and industrial education.
