I started my career as Product Manager in the Automotive Industry and challenged myself as Portfolio Manager in Venture Capital to jump in the Software Industry.

I like testing unconventional Scrum coaching approaches in Audit, Asset Management, Industry, Education, Government, Private Equities.

Have to say that I'm the man behind the Product Owner's Helpdesk on LinkedIn and I've developed several Agile custom frameworks like [sKale] (HR) and PLöRK (Leadership through games).

Beside of my activities as Agile Advisor for a global programs, I also advise start-ups, the French National Research Centre and Luxembourgian Government departments in their agile organizational optimization (!).
