I have a passion for learning about people.

Whether it be with students, peers, family members, or simply a stranger in line at a coffee shop – I thrive on building authentic relationships and connecting with others.

I am an enthusiastic, adaptable educator with experience in advising, training, facilitation, and planning programs that engage diverse groups in a variety of contexts. As an alumni of both the Fulbright Program and the University of Michigan’s Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education (CSHPE), my ability to build relationships and communicate across cultures has allowed me to effectively promote learning, cultural curiosity, mutual respect, and understanding domestically and abroad.

I strive to create spaces in which all learners can actively participate, explore, and feel empowered to stretch beyond their comfort zones to expand their perspectives and create a positive impact in the world. I will be completing my Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) in May 2017 and look forward to using this education to build upon my past experiences and further the wellbeing, happiness, and satisfaction of every person and organization I encounter – both personally and professionally.

In my free time, I love to read, write, rock out to good music, connect with friends and family (preferably over a delicious meal), play sports (especially volleyball), scour thrift stores, play outside, and explore the world.
