Greetings, I’m Lynnis.

I’m a Holistic Living and Wellness Expert at PraiseWorks Health and Wellness living in California.

I specialize in working women over 40 (and all the people who love them) to educate them on how to achieve wellness through spiritual renewal, nutrition, fitness and holistic living. I’m also interested in dance, social media, and entrepreneurship.

I offer online courses, have a radio show, podcast series, a live video show, offer coaching programs, and publish an online magazine.

I have four grown daughters and three grandchildren. I am happy to say that I will turn 60 in 2017! I live an active and thriving life and would love to share with you my philosophy of living a great life regardless of your age or stage in life.
