Namaskaram!!!

This is Prasanna Rayaprolu. A quick intro about myself :) I am working as Competency Head in Wipro.

I started my career as a Physics Lecturer. Had a serene, awesome working experience teaching enthusiastic folks. Then, to explore more things moved into Content Management, Technical Writing, Instructional Designing and Market Research. Had a good learning experience as Senior Research Associate. Then I moved into Knowledge Management. Worked as Global Knowledge Manager, Global Process Owner for Knowledge Management for various American, European Clients. Post that I moved to the role of Project Manager. Had the privilege and opportunity of implementing Data Center Migration projects and ServiceNow Implementation projects. Post that I moved as Global PMO Head, had interesting and challenging opportunity of driving 55 plus projects as a PMO head in coordination with the respective PMs. Post that i moved as Competency Head , this role caters to my passion and interest of knowledge sharing, mentoring.

Coming to the details of my study......I am Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Instructional Designer, ITIL V3 Foundation certified, PMP Trained, Six Sigma GB trained professional, MS CRM Fundamentals certified, Organization Change Management trained.

My fields of work and interest are Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, Project Management, Project Transition, and Implementation, and Organization Change Management.

I am alumnus of University of Hyderabad, have done my Post Grad Diploma in Planning and Project Management from UOH. Prior to that, I have done my studies in Applied Electronics and Computer Science from Osmania University.

I have ~19 years of work experience....yep..it was an interesting transition from a Physics Lecturer to Project Manager ..to Competency Head..... I blog regularly and do check my blog and share your views.
