My expertise lies in Leading and Managing Programs and initiatives across geographies. As Head of Learning I manage the L&D function within defined business area through all steps of the annual learning cycle. Line manage a team of L&D partners and L&D program managers. Manage the analysis of training needs, collating training and development requirements in line with the business plan. For the topic of Social Collaboration I work on increasing adoption and engagement within the region. Also as a Lead for global technical training I am responsible for managing Global Technical Training addressing the specifies needs & requirements for the category, based on inputs from business stakeholders and L&D partners. Builds and manages deployment of road map of the training catalogue for the technical trainings.
