Preston Byrd

Over the course of his career as a senior executive manager, Preston Byrd has acquired considerable skill through his work at a number of successful companies. He spent more than five years as the chief executive officer and president of First Medical Solutions in Memphis, where he oversaw all marketing and sales strategies for corporate accounts. In addition to reporting directly to the board of directors and holding a seat on the executive committee, Preston Byrd directly managed an advertising budget of $1 million, which produced $3 million in sales revenue every year.

After a four-year term as the chief executive officer of MedScouts, an online platform headquartered in Memphis, Preston Byrd began working with the multifamily real estate developer Horizon Companies in Collierville, Tennessee. As a member of the Horizon Companies leadership team, Byrd secures funding for various projects, coordinates building efforts with government agencies, and forms highly effective project development teams. He also directs Horizon's charitable organization Operation Help.
