I launched Professionality Consulting in 2012. Previously, I worked with The Emily Post Institute for nine years to help grow their business etiquette programs by 700%. Prior to Emily Post, I worked in non-profit fundraising and communications for 13 years.

I'm a graduate of The Emily Post Institute, the London Image Institute, Genos International's Emotional Intelligence training, 360Reach Brand Analyst training, and I was awarded a First Level Certification through the Association of Image Consultants International. UVM graduate.
