My name is Matthew Maurer. I have been working in all aspects of marketing for over 25 years. I am based out of the New York/ New Jersey Metro area. And have been working in merchandising since 1991.
I specialize in interacting marketing, tech savvy mobile media marketing and guerilla marketing. I love to develop relationships with people and educate them on the thousands of brands that are out there that are trying to get there branding point across on there particular brand.
I have a passion for merchandising. I have over 20 years experience in merchandising. I am very knowledgeable of reading planograms, cutting in new allocated items. I have worked for many reputable merchandising companies including The bourner group. Here at the bourner group we represented major brands including Dial, Nestle, Minute Maid, Tyson, Weaver, Land-O-Lakes. During my employment with bourner I reprented these lines and many more cutting in many new items in Shop Rite, Pathmark, Waldbaums and A & P.
I have a degree from Johnson & Wales University in Food Service Management. Over the years I worked as a chef on the movie sets cooking for the movie stars, working on the PGA tour. My family and I are in the deli buisness for over 30 years.
