I teach Rhetoric and Composition at Georgia State University in Atlanta. I study American fiction, digital culture, critical pedagogy, and religious rhetoric. I am the co-founder and managing editor of Hybrid Pedagogy: A Digital Journal of Teaching and Technology. I parent, I cycle, and sometimes I want to live inside of a Cormac McCarthy novel. Malcolm X is one of my heroes; Fleur Pillager is another.
