This blog is my tech blog written in Chinese.It's a mess about technic I love, like distributed system, map/reduce, key-value storage, message queue, cache strategy and search engine tech.
Now I am working at Telenav.com, focussing in large backend system. Everyday I work with Hadoop, Redis, Katta, ZooKeeper, Lucene, and of cause, some funny engineers. My job is implementing the new backend of POI search engine. Now our group dives into a challenge: improving our searching speed by 5 times!
I worked at Nokia Research Center as an intern. NRC is a really cool place with PS3 and lots of free snacks. I have learnt a lot from my tutor Song Zhanjiang, Li Jiang and colleagues. We have developped a key-value storage prototype there. I left there because I wanna working in a start-up style company, although the Telenav is a public company in NASDAQ.
