Aboud Qudimat serves clients in a wide variety of sectors, including heavy industry, and provides expertise in the areas of operations, process acceleration, continuous improvement, and change management. He takes pride in being able to strike the right balance between “soft” cultural issues and “hard” performance metrics, accelerating the sustainable impact of value delivered and building lasting employee engagement.

Fluent in Japanese and Arabic, Mr. Qudimat earned a bachelor's degree from Brock University, where he spent two years researching in the field of organic synthesis. Post-graduation, he provided professional training and development services to numerous blue-chip corporations operating in Nagoya, Japan.

He currently serves as Member of the Board at the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, and is a licensed amateur motorcycle racer, PADI advanced scuba diver, and an avid practitioner of Muay Thai.
