Liz Bennefeld

I write poetry and short stories and create photo art (for sale at RedBubble.com). From 1984 to 2013, I worked as a freelance writer and editor (d.b.a. The Written Word) specializing in academic style editing and writing/editing resumes, cover letters, and other job search materials. I have now transitioned into retirement and am accepting no new clients. Previously I was employed in computer programming (insurance) and operations (banking).

For those looking for a writer in the Fargo-Moorhead area, I would like to recommend Janelle Brandon: http://janellebrandon.com/writing-services/

I am a lifetime member of the Science Fiction Poetry Association, where I have served as coordinator for the annual on-line Halloween Poetry Reading page, website coder from 2004 to 2007, and interim secretary in (I believe) 2006. My term as Vice President began in July of 2013.

My husband and I enjoy target shooting, photography, reading, storm spotting and volunteer work as members of the Red River Radio Amateurs and the Red River Regional Marksmanship Center. I was a member of the (former) Red River Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends - NYM.
