Ray Carreon

I'm 46, born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I've been in sales for 25 years. I'm an Entreprenuer, working on several projects ,currently setting up a Freight Broker Co. I'm also co-owner of a start up agency that provides nurses aides to the elderly and patients that just got out of the hospital. I'm hoping to in the near future form a Corporaton where we help individuals going into business for themselves but not by themselves. I've had some bad experiences, struggled alot in tryin to get a business going because of either No money or no credit. Banks and other agencys are not helpful when it comes to lending at risk individuals. My dream is to be able to help those that look bad in paper but you know or have a feeling that it would work. Go into the venture as a business partner help with some of the funds and with whatever else is needed. Be a partner for atleast 2 to 3 years and when the business is able to survive on its own, they would by my shares.There's too much red tape when it comes to getting outside help.By going about it my way you are making sure your investment is being looked after.The original owners would make the decisions I'd be just offering my advise and opinion I don't want or would want to be doing all the decision making it would be too much work and not worth it to any one where they feel that It's not really their business. Might as well not open it to begin with.
