I am a Systems Engineer and Magister Scientiarum in Management Informatics, both degrees obtained at the Universidad de Oriente; in addition to a diploma in Situational Planning. I have more than 20 years of experience working in the areas of IT (programming, database development, technical support and office automation, etc.) as well as in Strategic Planning and Project Control oriented mainly to the public and governmental sectors. Currently I have interests in Data Science, Big Data and blockchain technology.
