Rachael has over ten years’ experience within the clothing industry, successfully running a project management business specialising in UK production for over 7 years, working with SME’s and medium sized businesses to build ethical and sustainable clothing brands. She has extensive business knowledge within the creative sector and has built up a passion for strategy and professional development. Currently studying an Executive MBA at Nottingham Trent University, she is broadening her skill set and ensuring her knowledge and business practices remain current and viable.

Rachael has experience of working with both national and international clients and negotiating and buying with suppliers across the globe. She is experienced in people management, project management and business development with the implementation of clear systems and processes.

In a volatile industry, such as the creative sector, Rachael recognised the importance of a clear strategy with action-led leadership to ensure businesses remain innovative, forward-thinking and sustainable.
