Hi my name is Rachel Brent and I am a Technology Recruiter working in the MATRIX Dallas office. I have been in IT Recruiting for over two years. Helping people find JOBS! I am a candidate based recruiter and I enjoy meeting and working to truly understand my candidates. In my experience I am much more successful finding candidates a job they will really enjoy this way. I always tell candidates, “tell me what you want and I will do what I can to make it possible”.
To me, the most memorable and rewarding part of my job is congratulating candidates on an offer and knowing that they are going to accept it; because we found it as a team.
In my spare time I enjoy boxing and running (even in this Texas heat).
There are three things that keep me sane and happy (other then my family and friends of course)...
1. Traveling/Vacations
2. DIY Projects- Usually I have at least 3 going at any given time. If you don't believe me, ASK!
3. Sports- Football, real and fantasy!
