Rachelle is a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and all around enthusiast for the body, movement and the outdoors. She has been altering minds around body image, health and exercise for over 4 years and is passionate about what she does.

Her primary clientele comes from people who are willing to create an overall wellness program for their health, explore a highly individualized exercise plan and create a love of body, food, and our own innate ability to live more energetically and happily.
