Rachel Neely

National Harbor, MD

I'm a member of the Global Enterprise Solutions division at Intelligent Software Solutions, a leader in supplying and supporting solutions to warfighters around the world. I'm one of the engineering branch leads for the CIDNE program, a reporting tool used in Iraq and Afghanistan to bridge data sharing between disparate communities.

I've lived and traveled not just across the country, but around the world, including three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan in support of my work. Born and raised in southern Arkansas, I now reside in Alexandria, VA, with my zoo of a family -- my soon-to-be husband, Chris, my three cats Willie, Cash, and Priscilla (yes, there's a musical theme), and my English Bulldog, Bruce (short for his AKC name, Chugalug Brewski).

When I don't have my nose against a screen and my fingers on a keyboard, I'm usually tinkering with my camera, contemplating my next photographic opportunity. I spend the majority of my free time trying to find ways to express myself artistically, glass of wine in hand, but you can also often find me obsessively trying on the latest trendy footwear fashions, vegging out to campy TV reruns and horror flicks, and at concerts, dancing to some groovy beats or thrashing to metal.
