To bring a new light to the performing arts by exploring dance technique, styles, and traditions of the Caribbean alongside those taught here in the States. To bring to attention the similarities in movement and common grounds that all dance has. All while exposing something different to those new to dance while challenging seasoned dancers to step outside their comfort zone.

Creator & Founder of Raediant Movement - Erica Rae a Philadelphia native received her B.F.A in Modern Dance and has had the opportunity to work with noted dance companies such as New LeJa Dances, Mahogany Dance Theatre, Tania Isaac Dance, and Lesole's Dance Project. Erica has studied many styles of dance ranging from Ballet, Modern, and Jazz to African and Dancehall. She has also had the opportunity to share her love of dance as an instructor with the Dance Institute of Washington’s Education and Outreach Program, and Lesole's Dance Project- EduDance campaign. As she continues to grow in dance Erica’s goal is to bring the joy that dance gives her to others in the form of education and performance.
