Rafał Maculewicz

I was born in 1982 in Lidzbark Warmiński.

I've studied computer science and sprcialized in administrating of computer networks and systems.

After studies I've moved to Poznań and found myself in marketing and advertisement designing.

For over five years I've been running advertising agency in Poznan. Experience that I've get till that time in designing, negotiating, organising work for my coworkers, outsourcing tasks allows me to lower the costs, manage time and resources more effectively in my current job.

I'm interested in design, art, photography and as my personal hobby I'm passionated with 3D graphics and Neuro-linguistic programming.

Now for two years I'm working in exhibition company, where I'm responsible for contact with clients, negotiating and prepairing contracts and project management.

My perfect job is high management in creative departament of well developing company with strong position on the market. My position should allow me to self-develop by giving me demanding and interesting tasks and courses. My sallary should be at the level that will allow me to provide comfortable level of living for my family.

I'm open to flexible time of work as the situation and tasks demands, business trips and I'm not afraid to "get my hands dirty" if help is needed by someone of my team - I'm ready to help.

I'm intelligent, cultural and responsible person with ability of abstract thinking and fast decision making when it's needed.
