Aswin has direct experience working for 13 (thirteen) years in real estate, property, architecture, design, investment management, financial consulting and research industry.

He holds a bachelor degree in Architecture, two master degrees in Management and Business Administration, one certification degree in Financial Planning, one doctorate degree in Management Science, two practitioner degrees in Financial Planning, and one certification degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

He serves as faculty at School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, while also Co-Founding Jejakrasa.com, a culinary and travel experience website.

His primary expertise is in Real Estate and property development studies, although he is expanding his interest into management, consumer behavior, marketing, human behavioral study, consumer preference, marketing, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, financial planning, and more recently, city and quality of life improvement.
