Raymond Hopkins

Raymond A. Hopkins, contracts representative . While employed by Boeing as an international purchasing agent and later as its international contracts representative, he has done business in South Korea, Japan, Colombia, Denmark and the United Kingdom. He has additionally pursued a career as adjunct faculty in international business at Mesa Community College, Mesa, Arizona. He was born in Chicago, Illinois and was raised in Whittier, California.

Ray is a graduate of California State University Fullerton, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. His further academic achievements include a Master of Science degree in public administration from California State University-Los Angeles and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He is a member of Sigma Beta Delta National Honor Society in Business and Management, has published academic conference papers and articles in refereed marketing journals.

Ray is the recipient of the Emerald Literati Network 2010 Outstanding Paper Award, 1999 U.S. Department of Defense (DoD Single Process Initiative Individual Recognition Award and the 1998 DoD Life Cycle Cost Reduction Award. Dr. Hopkins is married to the former Madeleine Morrissey of Whittier, California. The Hopkins family, residing in Chandler, Arizona, includes son David and daughter Joanna.
