Rajeeyah Finnie-Myers is an Arts and Culture Professional dedicated to reviving socially engaged organizations and individuals to run at top form. A balance of rooted practicality and visionary action, she has helped to develop, manage, implement and evaluate community arts programming and artist professional development across New York City.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Rajeeyah earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Florida A & M University. Later she received additional training and hands on experience as a performer, teaching artist, and arts administrator in New York City. Over the last decade she has had the opportunity to build on her professional practice with organizations such as The DreamYard Project, The Field, The National Guild For Community Arts, The Laundromat Project, Community-Word Project and ArtsConnection.

Rajeeyah seeks to engage in creative ways to connect and heal with those who are willing. As she continues to learn and grow, her approach is becoming more centered around cultural humility and racial equity. She credits People's Institute For Survival and Beyond along with RaceForward for grounding her in this work.
