Mr.. Rajesh Chhikara is Head Hr and Admin at the EarlySail Software Pvt Ltd, New Delhi. He received his M.B.A from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & technology, Hisar, haryana, India and is currently pursuing Ph. D in Entrepreneurship and Start-Ups from Teerthanker Mahaveer University , Moradabad, U.P. India. He has devoted more than 14 years in Start ups and Global Small Busiesses. In addition to working full time as a management professional in corporate sector, Mr. Rajesh is an active contributor the the education Industry. He successfully launched Institute of Open Source ( IOS) in 2007, a software development training institute imparting training to domestic and foreign students thorugh virtual classes. In 2008 he successfully launched www.delhiteachers.com, a platform to help education industry professional based in Delhi NCR. He currently resides in New Delhi, india with his family.
