Randall Sandifer

T. Randall Sandifer graduated Suma Cum Laude from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas with a BA in 1978. He obtained his JD, With Honors, from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1981, was licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 1981 and in Texas in 1990. He has been actively engaged in the practice of law, with emphasis in civil litigation, since 1981.

From 1981 through 1989, he practiced civil litigation with the firm of Vernon, Vernon, Wooten, Brown and Andrews in Burlington and Graham, North Carolina, where he became a partner. His practice involved family law, personal injury, business matters, bankruptcy, real estate and criminal defense.

From 1989 to 1998 he practiced with the Law Office of R. Jack Ayres, Jr., in Addison, Texas, where the emphasis was in cases involving catastrophic personal injury. The majority of the cases handled involved automotive products liability.

Since 1998 he has operated a solo practice in Allen, Texas. Areas of emphasis are civil litigation, including family, personal injury and business matters. The types of matters handled include divorce, child custody, child support, adoptions, modifications, spousal support, contracts, corporations, LLC, partnerships, personal injury, motor vehicle wrecks, wrongful death, defamation, products liability, torts and negligence. He also handles real estate documents, probate, small estate will drafting and creation of business entities.

Randall Sandifer was named to the Class of 2010 of 21 Leaders for the 21st Century by the Collin County Business Press.

He is a member of the Rotary Club of Allen (Noon), in which he served as president 2003-2004, and currently is chair of membership.

He served for several years on the board of the Allen Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, and currently sings tenor with the Allen Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra Chorus. He became a director on the board of Allen Community Outreach in January, 2008, where he served as Vice President for 2009, and President in 2010.

Randall Sandifer served as a director on the Allen Chamber of Commerce Board from 2001 through 2006, received the 2001 Chairman's Award and received the 2005 Pacesetter Award.
