Randy Rosa

Serving the greater south Florida community, Randy Rosa practices with Goldman & Rosa, P.A. Randy Rosa’s areas of expertise encompass business advisory, litigation, and transactional spheres of corporate law. He also represents clients in cases of commercial litigation involving real estate disputes, lease and contract actions and disputes, and debt collection defense. Raised in Hollywood, Florida, Mr. Rosa earned his B.A. in Business Management at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He subsequently pursued a J.D. at the Nova Southeastern University School of Law in Ft. Lauderdale, earning membership in the Florida Bar. He holds membership in the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida. Randy Rosa established his current practice in partnership with Arianna Goldman, a native Florida resident with expertise in community association, collection, short sale, and residential and commercial closing representation. She also assists clients in complex disputes involving tenants and landlords. Experienced in transactional law, Mr. Rosa has extensive knowledge of drafting deeds, notes, financing instruments, mortgages, and leases. His firm undertakes review of title examinations, title insurance, and title commitments, ensuring that clients have the full documentation necessary to complete successful real estate transactions. Goldman & Rosa additionally represents clients in matters of false advertising, deceptive trade practices, fraud, officer or director breach of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference with business relationships and contracts. Maintaining affiliation with Cornell Hotel Society, Randy Rosa is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
