Randy Rosalex

The owner of G & X General Contracting in Sacramento, Randy Rosalex maintains a dedication to green building practices. Mr. Rosalex has earned certification as a "Build It Green "building contractor, and as a remodeling contractor through the Environmental Protection Agency. Since 2000, Mr. Rosalex has held the title of Materials Efficiency Builder, meaning that he creates a minimal amount of waste through precise planning. He is also a Water-Wise Building Contractor and designs plumbing systems that minimize water usage.

At G & X, Mr. Rosalex focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships with his clients, through effective communication between all of the parties involved in his projects including; architects, designers, subcontractors, material suppliers and building inspectors.

Before assuming his responsibilities at G & X, Randy Rosalex gained experience in the construction industry with Green Sacramento Builders (GSB) and Option Green Builders (OGB). As a Construction Operations Manager at GSB, he oversaw all aspects of construction from the planning stages to the final construction. He operated as a general contractor with OGB, and oversaw construction planning, project budgeting and project management.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Mr. Rosalex earned a bachelors of science degree in "Real Estate Finance", a program that focused on real estate development and market evaluation. Outside of work his interest include; architecture, traveling, fishing and most importantly being a father.
