Ross Rankin

Atlanta

Ross has over 25 years of experience in the world of technology, handling everything from development, to sales and marketing, from consulting through operations. Ross started his affair with development at the young age of 12, when he was already selling programs and games he had written in the back of computer magazines. Since then, he has kept himself busy consulting with companies like GE, Home Depot, and Coca-Cola, creating and implementing high performance products, systems and strategies for Fortune 500 clients, big 5 consulting firms and start-ups. He founded own company, MediaOcean, in 1999. The MediaOcean system completed the first end-to-end paperless transaction from agency to station in history. He sold the company to Donovan Data Systems in 2002, which as since has rebranded itself as MediaOcean. With his wealth of entrepreneurial expertise and programming knowledge, Ross is constantly knee-deep in developing new products. As well as being the requisite technophile and Sci-Fi fan, Ross is also a huge film junkie, going out to the theater on a weekly basis. And when he can't make it out to the big screen he sits back in his own custom and dedicated home theater to get his fix. He shares with life his wife, son, cat, and dog.
